The dba will be in effect in accordance with the Los Angeles County Superior Court for a term of five (5) years, and is renewable on the anniversary date of the fifth year.

All future company literature, marketing collateral, and communications will reference the dba. All official, legal, and financial documents will continue to reflect Age Incorporated.
